Live345 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the live345 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the live345 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is legally binding and remains in effect for as long as your account is active.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The live345 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be terminated without notice.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration & Verification
Users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. live345 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated without compensation.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. live345 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Opening more than one account
- Sharing your account with any other party
- Using automated software or bots to access the platform
Platform Usage Rules
All activity on the live345 platform must comply with applicable Malaysian law. Users are not permitted to attempt to disrupt, hack or damage the platform's systems in any way. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the betting system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the live345 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX. live345 does not accept payments in foreign currency.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate. live345 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user. Successful deposits cannot be reversed once processed into the gaming account.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the account holder. live345 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes within a reasonable timeframe. Any transaction fees charged by third-party banking institutions are the user's responsibility.
Live345 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, withdrawal limits or require additional verification for transactions exceeding certain amounts, in line with internal compliance procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
Live345 Liability Limits
Live345 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures or inaccurate information. The platform is provided "as is" and live345 makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of its services.
Account Suspension and Closure
Live345 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms breach, fraud, illegal activity or system manipulation. In cases of suspension arising from a terms violation, the account balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the live345 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of live345 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the live345 platform contains links to third-party websites, such links are provided for convenience only. live345 does not control the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users access external links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Live345 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
